Start the day a new:
1. Weigh Yourself. Do this after your morning pee. You are always lighter in the morning, and you can set your meals around this weight.
2. Take your Multi-Vitamin. Your body needs nutrients. Calcium is important too.
3. Do 50 sit-ups. This will keep you motivated, because you will always know that at one point you will actually be able to do a full 50!
4. Drink coffee or tea. The coffee will wake you up and get you moving around fast, and it curbs your appetite. Tea will do the same if you prefer.
5. Eat only fruits. An apple a day keeps the doctors away, or a few grapes. Shrink your stomach by starting out with a full apple for breakfast then the next days slow it down to 1/2, then eventually to 1/4.
