How to burn 100 calories in 10 minutes

1. 1 minute - March in place
2. 1 minute - Jog in place
3. 1 minute - Jumping jacks
4. 1 minute - Do 2 small jumps and then 1 high jump in place
5. 1 minute - Jog in place
6. 1 minute - Jumping jacks
7. 1 minute - Squat and kick (alternating legs)
8. 1 minute - Do 2 small jumps and then 1 high jump in place
9. 1 minute - Walk to cool down
